Explore products
Browse products and read their prices and safety information. You can also start with questions about your goals.
Answer questions and pay
Answer the health questions for your selected products. Sign in, check your details and read the payment terms before paying.
Confirm your identity
Upload both sides of your Emirates ID or your passport identity page, and agree to the care consent. You can submit documents before or after payment; they must be approved before doctor review.
Your doctor reviews
Your doctor checks your answers and may ask for more information. They decide whether to approve your request and whether a prescription is needed.
Your doctor decides whether the product is suitable for you. Payment does not guarantee approval or a prescription.
