Review before approval
A doctor can begin reviewing your request after your identity, consent and payment checks are complete. They decide whether the product is suitable for you.
Confirming it is you
The clinic reviews your identity documents to connect the request to you. You can use your account while you wait. Identity approval does not replace your doctor’s decision.
Who can view your information
Team members can see the information they are allowed to use for their role in your care. Pharmacy staff have different access from your doctor.
Keep track of your care
Use My Care to find your requests, doctor messages and any prescriptions. Your account also shows payment and delivery updates.
