What to share with your doctor
Share your concerns, relevant recurring symptoms, allergies, diagnosed conditions and current treatment. The collection name does not mean a product prevents illness or treats a condition. Include your medicines, supplements, allergies, health conditions and any previous use of the products you are considering. Your doctor may ask for more information, tests or an in-person assessment.

Products are grouped by health goal to help you browse. Being in a collection does not mean a product is an approved treatment for that concern or that it is suitable for you. Read its details, strength and pack size, safety information and listed price. Pack details are not instructions for use; your doctor decides whether a product is suitable.

Sign in or create an account, check your details and read the payment terms. Send your identity documents and agree to care consent; the clinic must confirm your identity before doctor review. Payment does not guarantee approval or a prescription.
After you submit
Follow your request in your account. The clinic may need identity documents, and your doctor may ask for more information. Read and reply to messages there. Each product has its own review and delivery progress; payment, cancellation and refund updates are shown separately. Follow any prescription and confirmed product instructions.
